8 New Build Terrace Houses

Development of a site in Rochester, Kent. Previously a Public House known as the 'Good Intent'.

Planning permission had been granted for eight new build four storey houses. These houses were built to a higher specification than other new build properties on the market which allowed the developer to achieve reassurance to their purchasers. Each property has EV charging points, two parking bays and their own gardens. 

Constructed of traditional masonry, with robust materials these houses are here as a testament to the public house that once stood in their place. 

Our respect was shown to the local residents with the placement of a plaque that reads, “Here stood the Good Intent Public House 1858 – 2020, Enter as a stranger leave as a friend”.
