Construction of a New luxury bespoke 7 bedroom dwelling using traditional construction methods situated within a Conservation area.
Wakes were awarded this exceptional new build tender package for a private client with a demanding build programme of 12 months from start to finish.
Building such a bespoke New build from all traditional materials including traditional hard wood windows, stone-work and slate roof covering was a pleasurable project to undertake.
Wakes Ltd formed a strong relationship with the Client in order to expedite the interior design of the project. Working alongside our specialist installers of bespoke Kitchens, Bathrooms, interior fit-out services to include custom walk in wardrobes completed this project with the care and attention to detail it required.
