Wakes Ltd carried out a private development of eight terrace houses for a private client. The units consisted of a row of three & five terrace houses along with new private access road and cross over onto the main highway.

The contract consisted of Wakes Ltd undertaking the role of the Main contractor to deliver eight completed superstructures including roadway and services with one unit being a show home in preparation for the client to offer a tailored interior fit-out service for potential new purchasers.
