Construction of Disabled WC, Kitchen and Meeting Room

Client - PCC St Johns Church Welling 

Project Duration - 10 Weeks 

Wakes Ltd, were awarded this project by DAC Architects of Gravesend. We are very proud to have deliverd a high quaility level of finish to match that of the exisitng building. 

A new steel frame was fabricated and installed with foundations to form the structure of the new rooms and mezzanine store area. Following this, timber frame walling was used to complete the structure, with an Oak joinery package provided by our preferred joiners and installed on site by our own team. 

The M&E package, designed by Wakes Ltd included new mains drainage, heated water and heating to provide modern functioanlity to this dedicated community asset.
