In preperation for a new occupier the first floor office was compeltley stripped of its internal offices,partitions and meeting rooms. The Mechancial and Electrical services have been fully serviced and updated to current regulations. A full strip of the existing Server Room to include a full replacment Data install was included within the Scope of Works.
Full internal re-decorations and replacment carpet tiles to the entire floor area.
A very clean open floor area ready for occupation. Works were compelted within a 8 week programme.
