New Build for a Private Client
A modest four bedroom new build project for a private client located in the conservation area of Horton Kirby.
Keeping traditional methods in practice, such as timber windows, clay hand made tiles, cast iron air bricks, metal rain water goods and english-bond brick work. The ground floor has a full wet underfloor heating system to keep space to a maximum, with convential radiators to the upper floor. The ground floor consists of a kitchen & dining room, study, downstairs cloakroom and living room. To the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suit and three further bedrooms with a family bathroom.
This smaller country project was a pleasure to build from start to finish.
