12 Apartments
Conversion of a delapidated office building located in the centre of Canterbury into twelve luxury one & two bedroom apartments for a commerical client.
The project was administered by Caxtons Chartered Surveyors. This is the second conversion project that we have sucesfully completed for this client.
The existing building consisted of a RC Concretre frame strucutre which was stripped back for assesment. The project included a complete new roofing system, windows, full intenral fit out with new mains services running through 3 seperate occupied ground floor retail outlets.
With compliemtns from building control and local residents we are very pleased with the final product.
