15 New Build Apartments
15 New Build One Bedroom apartments located in Erith, London Borough of Bexley.
Wakes had been invited to look at this site several years previously to our start date in July 2016.
The site had been started by another Main Contractor who left site folloiwng only site demolition and clearance.
Wakes commenced forming Ground Beams in July 2017 and completed the Programme in 15 months. Remediation was required to the existing Piling that was already in place prior to our ownership of site.
This project was a pleasure to undertake and we look forward to a continued working relationship with the Client.
